PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day. Our third-party shipping company will then take 2-7 days for delivery. This timeframe is subject to third-party courier delays.

DELIVERY TIME:

Standard delivery takes 2-3 business days within Pakistan, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPPING COSTS:

Free shipping on orders over 3500 PKR. A standard shipping fee of 200 PKR applies to orders below this threshold.

CANCELLATION POLICY EXPLAINED: HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • You have the option to cancel your order either before it is dispatched or within 3 hours of placing the order, whichever comes first.
  • Additionally, partial cancellations or canceling individual items from the order after it has been placed is NOT permitted. To initiate a cancellation, kindly write to us at aqmaventurespvt@gmail.com  & contact@beautybynura.com and submit your request.
  • For prepaid orders that are canceled within three hours of placing the order on the website, a full refund shall be initiated. The refund process will take approximately 24-48 business hours, only after the cancellation request has been duly processed by our team.
  • Please note that we cannot accommodate order cancellations after delivery due to hygiene reasons.

Nura Beauty reserves the right to refuse the transaction or delay the refund process by 3-6 months for users with a prior history of questionable charges such as cancellation of bulk orders/ orders and such cancellation has occurred more than once.

 DAMAGED PRODUCTS DELIVERED? HERE'S WHAT TO DO:

  • In case of damaged products, in order to request a replacement or refund, you are required to report the issue with 2 days or 48 hours of product delivery.
  • After a thorough verification of the damaged product(s) by our team, you would be eligible to receive a full refund or a replacement.

RECEIVED A WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ORDER? STEPS TO RESOLVE:

  • Don't fret over wrong or missing products! If you report the issue within 2 days / 48 hours from the delivery date, we'll promptly replace them for you
  • For any wrong or incomplete orders, an unboxing video is recommended.

ADVERSE EFFECTS FROM PRODUCTS: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW?

While Nura Beauty products prioritize safety, we recommend a Patch Test for sensitive skin or allergies before full application. If adverse reactions occur, discontinue use and promptly contact our customer care. Please adhere to product usage instructions to minimize any potential risks.

Beauty by Nura disclaims any liability for adverse reactions or allergies that may occur as a result of using its products. In the event that the company is found liable, the maximum amount payable shall not exceed Rs 5,000. Additionally, these products are not to be applied to children.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
